Founded by Salvador Fernandes Caetano in Vila Nova de Gaia in Portugal, the Salvador Caetano Group has 75 years of history and operates in several countries in the automotive sector. Its main activities include distribution and automotive flap, but also other activities such as building buses, selling industrial equipment, after-sales services, developing information technology and renewable energies.

Since its founding, the group has established links in several international markets, and is now present in countries such as Kenya, Spain, Germany, Cape Verde, United Kingdom, China or Senegal. In Africa, the Salvador Caetano Group extends its operations to more than 29 countries.
